and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24DIS/0844 - 50 Falkner Street (8) Applicant Julian. To
discharge conditions 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 attached to
planning ref 23L/2689.
24F/0837 - 37 Ullet Road, Greenbank (17) Applicant
Ms H Jones (YMCA Liverpool) Proposed installation of temporary
accessible fire escape ramp to front elevation.
23O/3198 - 141 Walton Road/St Hilda Street (4) Applicant
Alex Mearns. To erect a new build development of 9 no. 1 bed
apartments (Outline application).
24F/0727 & 24L/0817 - 128 Bedford Street South (7) &
66 Falkner Street (8) Applicant Adam Brooks, Onward.
To re-cover existing roof.
24F/0738 - 81 Newsham Drive (6) Applicant Leo Suarez,
Boyaca Ltd. To use property as a six bedroomed serviced
accommodation (Sui Generis).
24F/0832 & 24A/0807 - 77 Lark Lane (17) Applicant
Mr Luke Guy. To replace shopfront and display 1no. fascia sign.
24F/0707 - 19a West Derby Village (12) Applicant
Mark Johnson, Kids in Bloom. Retrospective application
for works carried out in connection with application
number 16F/2327 so as to include the following:-
1. Obscure frosted glass windows and doors.

Applicant Mr J Hubbard, Arctic Skua Ltd. To change use and
convert ground, first, second and third floors from offices

commercial use in the basement); with associated installation
of 18 no. solar panels to existing boundary wall and 7 no. solar
panels to rear roof plane of 89 Roscoe Street.

Applicant Mr J Hubbard, Arctic Skua Ltd. Internal and external
works in association with the conversion of the ground,

25th April 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the
Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building,
Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal
against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder
application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis
of representations in writing, any representations made
about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State,
and there will be no further opportunity to comment at
appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be
seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
