Demolition of existing house and outbuildings to facilitate construction of 2 x dwellings (1x3 bed and 1x5 bed) to include accommodation at basement level, with associated landscaping and parking. (Revision of application reference 20/0422/ FUL.) Reason: Conservation Area.
24/0339/HSE/MV: 24 Loom Lane, Radlett, WD7 8AD. Replacement front porch with raised roof, front ground floor replacement windows and new sliding doors & windows to rear and side elevation. Reason: Conservation Area.
24/0342/FUL/WC: Edge Grove School, High Cross, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8NL. Erection of a replacement rear extension and internal reconfiguration and alterations to existing stable block building. (Associated listed building application 24/0343/LBC). Reason: Green Belt and Listed Building.
2470343/LBC/WC: Edge Grove School, High Cross, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8NL. Erection of a replacement rear extension and internal reconfiguration and alterations to existing stable block building. (Listed Building Consent) (Associated full application 24/0342/FUL). Reason: Green Belt and Listed Building.
24/0322/VOC/WC: Medburn Sports Ground, Watling Street, Radlett. Application for variation of conditions 4 (surface water run-off scheme) and 6 (approved plans) to allow for re-wording of condition 4 as per approved details under 24/0067/ DOC, relocation of floodlights and reduction in size to the clubhouse extension with associated internal alterations following grant of planning permission 22/1383/FUL. Reason: Green Belt.
24/0399/FUL/ES: Farm Cottage, The Green, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8ES. Change of use of residential dwelling to Monks' accommodation (retrospective application). Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at wwwiertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
