Removal of existing enclosures & part of balustrading to roof (second floor level). Addition of partial floor at second floor level and escape stair. Additional screen balustrade to west elevation. Form lightwell & windows to basement and escape stair. Internal alterations include: provision of lift, extra bedroom and extended central staircase.
