Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2023/1686: MO/2023/1687: White Horse Hotel, High Street, Dorking, RH4 1BE, Erection of 2 No. externally illuminated fascia signs, 2 No. externally illuminated hanging signs, 2 No. non-illuminated free standing signs, and 6 No. nonilluminated other signs. MO/2024/0332: 212-218, High Street, Dorking, RH4 1QR, Replacement of first floor front elevation timber box sash windows.
MO/2024/0372: 81 - 85, High Street, Dorking, RH4 1AW, Erection of roof extensions to provide residential accommodation and outdoor amenity space, replacement of entrance door (off Church Passage), alterations to flats on first and second floors and their outdoor amenity spaces. MO/2024/0388: MO/2024/0392 Barn 4, Brockham Court Farm, Brockham Green, Brockham, RH3 7JS, Proposed insertion of new Velux conservation type roof window and associated works.
MO/2024/0402: MO/2024/0403 Froggetts Farm, Froggetts Lane, Wallis Wood, Dorking, RH5 5RJ, Insertion of 3 No. new conservation rooflights to grain store roof, erection of single straight stair to south elevation, balcony to north elevation, alterations to approved roof conversion, and external lighting.: MO/2024/0411: Holly House, Rose Hill, Dorking, Renewal of fascia/soffits and all rainwater goods.
