24/00439/PA & 24/00436/PA - PARIS HOUSE 133 THE ROCKS ROAD EAST MALLING ME19 6AU – Dr Christine Tomkins is applying for Listed Building Application: Demolition of existing conservatory & replacement single storey side/rear extension. Reason: CA, LB
24/00372/PA - DEVELOPMENT SITE LAND EAST OF KILN BARN ROAD & WEST OF Hermitage Lane Aylesford - The East Malling Trust is applying for Outline planning application with all matters reserved (except for access) for development of land to west of Hermitage Lane & East of Kiln Barn Road comprised of: a residential-led development including affordable housing; a new village centre including a primary school; ancillary commercial, community & employment floorspace; strategic open space, parkland, child play provision & sustainable drainage infrastructure; new access points & associated transport infrastructure. Application supported by an Environmental Statement. Reason: MD, HA, PROW, EIA

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
