Procedure) (England) Order 2015
The following applications will not be determined
until 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Proposal Affects Public Footpath 516. Extensions and
alterations to existing dwelling and detached outbuilding
and erection of a boundary wall to the maximum height of
1.8 metres. JORDANS, SOUTH ROAD, TETFORD, Mrs. A.

Proposal Affects Tree Preservation Order. Extensions and
alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living
accommodation. 1 OAK COTTAGES, GREEN LANE,
WOODHALL SPA, Mr. A. Cooke, (S/215/00476/24).
Major Development. Erection of 147 no. dwellings
and associated garages, construction of estate roads
and provision of drainage basins with embankments
to a maximum height of 0.7m and associated

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)
Act 1990 The following applications will not be
determined until 21 days from the publication of this
notice.
Affects/Adjoins Conservation Area. Change of use of land
for the siting of a shepherd's hut for holiday use, demolition
of existing portable building (works commenced).

Affects Setting of Listed Building. Erection of a detached
house with a detached garage and construction of a

Listed Building Town and Country Planning (Development
Management Procedure )(England) Order 2015 NOTICE
Proposal affects Public Footpath No. 237. Change of use,
extension and alterations to existing outbuilding which
is within the curtilage of a listed building to provide an
indoor swimming pool and family area, with the demolition
of existing shed. AUTHORPE HALL, MAIN ROAD,
AUTHORPE, Mr. & Mrs. G. Heath, (N/010/00468/24).

will take into account representations relating to the
applications which are received by them. Any response you
make is open to public inspection and will also appear on
the Council's website in accordance with the provisions of
the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985,
even if marked 'Private and Confidential'. We only remove

of express consent for the display of an advertisement,
which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations
in writing, any representations made about the application
will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be
no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. A
