I give notice that the application referred to below has been submitted to Middlesbrough Development Corporation for consideration:

24/0010/VAR - Land north of Lower East Street, Middlesbrough, TS2 1PF - Variation of conditions 3, 7, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 25 and 29 on 21/1160/OUT (Outline application for demolition and redevelopment of site for new secondary school (of up to c.8,000 sqm) with associated access, parking, external spaces and sports facilities)
