NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Material change of use of existing buildings for importation, processing, cold-storage, packaging and dispatch of produce including ready-meals/produce (removal of condition 5 (restriction on operating hours) of planning permission DA/23/01276/COU for (retrospective)).

at Court Lodge Farm Hook Green Road Southfleet

(Application Ref. No. DA/24/00313/RCON)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Conversion of existing conservatory into a habitable room including new roof and associated alterations

at 1 Lincolnshott  Red Street Southfleet

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting of a Southfleet Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/24/00268/FUL)

3) Erection of a single storey clubhouse (Application Ref. No. DA24/00280/FUL)

at Sutton At Hone Lakes Gravel Road Sutton At Hone

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting of a building listed as being of special architectural or historical interest and schedule ancient monument.
