The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the council:

CA/24/00417: Puckleberry, 6 Puckle Lane, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3JX TPO No 2/2015 - T1) Beech Tree – increase headroom to the base of the canopy on the southwest side of the tree to give 3m vertical clearance over the eaves of Millwright Mews and alleyway located to front of property. CA/24/00240: Badgers Farmhouse, Badgers Close, Blean, Kent CT2 9HH Single-storey rear extension. Applicant: Mr and Mrs Spensley Reason: Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

CA/24/00241: Badgers Farmhouse, Badgers Close, Blean, Kent CT2 9HH Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations including single-storey rear extension. Applicant: Mr and Mrs Spensley Reason: Includes work to a building listed as being of special architectural or historic interest.

CA/24/00291: 53 Cossington Road Canterbury Kent CT1 3HU Two-storey rear extension together with replacement windows and doors from timber to upvc. Applicant: Mr Skender Miftari Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/00234: Land At Blean Common, Blean, CT2 9JJ Variation of condition 21 (Foul Sewerage Disposal) of Outline planning permission CA/15/02523/OUT for the erection of up to 85 residential dwellings (including up to 30% affordable housing), structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space, surface water attenuation, vehicular access point from Blean Common and associated ancillary works with all matters reserved with the exception of the main site access; to allow an alternative nutrient mitigation strategy to come forward at reserved matters stage. CA/24/00242: Little Swarling, Watery Lane, Petham, Kent CT4 5QR Detached single-storey building for use as  workshop and games room. Applicant: Mr Anthony Williams Reason: Setting of listed building in conservation area.

CA/24/00232: Gymnasium at Howe Barracks Change of use from gymnasium to community centre and associated external alterations. Applicant: Taylor Wimpey UK Limited (South East) Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/00222: The Swan Inn, 11 High Street, Sturry, Kent CT2 0BD Two-storey detached building for use as nursery and the use of Swan Inn for educational and community purposes together with the extension and alterations of the Little Barn to provide enhanced educational facilities. Applicant: Mr G Merryweather Reason: Setting of listed building in conservation area.

CA/24/00223: The Swan Inn, 11 High Street, Sturry, Kent CT2 0BD Application for Listed Building Consent for singlestorey front extension along with external and internal repairs. Applicant: Mr G Merryweather Reason: Listed Building.

CA/24/00254: 20 Sydenham Street, Whitstable, Kent CT5 1HW First floor rear extension together with rear dormer. Applicant: Ms Karen O’Connor Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/00250: 30 Jubilee Road, Littlebourne, Kent CT3 1TP Removal of hedgerow. Applicant: Mrs Michele Gallagher Reason: Conservation area.

CA/24/00243: 298 Wincheap, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3TY Single-storey rear extension. Applicant: Mr and Mrs Bennett Reason: Conservation area.
