What is planned?

(Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
The following applications have been received for
proposals which may affect a Listed Building and/or a
Conservation Area, may be a Major Development and/
or Departure from the Development Plan, and/or affect
a Public Right Of Way or an Environmental Statement
has been submitted. Details may be inspected on line
at www.runnymede.gov.uk. Any representations to be
sent in writing to planning@runnymede.gov.uk to be
received within 21 days from the publication of this
notice; one additional day will be given for each Bank
Holiday falling within this period. Representations
received are available for public inspection.
RU.23/1671 Heathervale Recreation Ground, Skate
Park Parkside New Haw Surrey KT15 3AN Proposed
replacement and enlargement of the existing wood and
steel skatepark with a concrete skatepark.

RU.24/0276 Land at St Peter's Hospital Guildford Road
Chertsey KT16 0PZ Section 73 application to vary
Condition 2 of planning approval RU.21/0925 (Erection of a
single storey 'decant' facility for the Abraham Cowley Unit
for a period of up to three years) to amend the wording to
extend the time period for removal by a further three years.
RU.21/0207 Land West of Byfleet Road (rear of 98-138
Byfleet Road) New Haw KT15 3LA Redevelopment of the
site to provide industrial, storage and distribution
(Class E(g)/B2/B8) floorspace, with ancillary office
accommodation,
associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure works
