The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications

or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at

hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of
the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and
Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.
23/P/02138 Bus Depot, Leas Road, Guildford Outline planning
permission for demolition of existing building, erection of five
storey office building (Use Class E) including car and cycle
parking, with access, layout and scale to be determined and
appearance and landscape reserved for future consideration
24/P/00308 Orchard Walls, Beech Avenue, Effingham Erection
of metal gates and railings at entrance into development.
24/P/00353 Bulls Head, The Street, West Clandon, Guildford
Installation of two bollards to the front of the Bulls Head car park
(retrospective application). 24/P/00355 3-4 Puttock Cottages,
Withies Lane, Compton, Guildford Erection of rear ground floor
extension following demolition of rear ground floor extension, new
front bay window, new internal staircase, replacement timber
doors and windows with alterations. 24/P/00365 & 24/P/00366
Back Lane, East Clandon, Guildford Planning and Listed
Building Consent for the erection of 2-storey rear extension
following removal of existing front extension, external and internal
alterations, changes to internal layout and landscape works.
24/P/00376 & 24/P/00377 Woodhouse Place, Horsham Road,
Holmbury St Mary, Dorking Planning and Listed Building
Consent for the replacement of existing windows and doors,
insertion of bifold doors and 4no. conservation type rooflights and
infilling window to summer room 24/P/00403 Land to the south
of Tawny Cottage, The Street, West Clandon Variation of
Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 21/P/02637
approved 11/07/2022 to make changes to the approved drawings.
24/P/00415 Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Guildford Road, East
Horsley, Leatherhead Application under Section 73 of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved
plans) and 7 (access plan) for minor material design and layout
arrangements of planning permission of 20/P/01443 for the
erection of a new block of flats consisting of 10 x 2 bed dwellings.
