NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land North of Biggleswade, Bedfordshire SG18 0HB.
Take notice that an application is being made by Hallam Land Management Ltd for outline planning permission with all matters reserved except for access for: Up to 416 dwellings including affordable housing, green infrastructure accommodating landscaping, allotments, community orchard, public open space, children's playspace, new roads, car parking, cycleways and footways, associated infrastructure including a sustainable drainage system, and vehicular accesses from Furzenhall Road and from the roundabout at Potton Road and Baden Powell Way.
Local Planning Authority address: Planning, Central Bedfordshire Council, Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford SG17 5TQ
Any owner or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
