What is planned?

MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/0078/FH - New Inn, 37 High Street, New Romney, TN28 8BW - Erection of 2 semi detached houses facing onto Church Road.
24/0258/FH - Annexe At Stone Hill Farmhouse, Stone Hill, Sellindge, Ashford, TN25 6AJ - Installation of flue to accommodate a log burning stove in the annexe building, and removal of internal partitions within annexe building
24/0261/FH - Town Hall, High Street, New Romney, TN28 8BT - Installation of air conditioning to first floor of rear elevation
24/0262/FH - Forge House, School Road, Saltwood, Hythe, CT21 4QB - Velux windows to each face of existing single storey pitched roof.
24/0302/FH - Town Hall, High Street, New Romney, TN28 8BT - Listed Building Consent for the installation of air conditioning to first floor of rear elevation
24/0323/FH - Cherries, Cherry Gardens, Elham, Canterbury, CT4 6SZ - Single storey front extension, revised fenestration and render, conversion of existing garage, loft space with rear dormer

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
