NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT APPLICATIONS have
been made to the Rushcliffe Borough Council for planning
permission in respect of the following developments;-
Development within a Conservation Area
PROPOSAL: Removal of existing car port structure
including front wall enclosure and gates. Construction of
first floor rear/side extension and canopy to side door,
Application of render to front elevation. Alteration to
fenestration.
LOCATION: Robin Cottage High Street Orston

PROPOSAL: Conversion of an existing single storey
garage/workshop and external WC into a Studio/Annexe.
Alterations include application of render, vertical timber

New gate on front railings visible on north facade. Raising
of roof eaves on the west and east facades,. Alteration of
connection between new roof and existing. Minor extension
of canopy over extended entrance window. Remove
chimney stack and new roof light to main door canopy.
