Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/0248/FUL/MBA: 2 The Green, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8ER. Change of Use of Residential Dwelling to Monks Accommodation (Retrospective application). Reason: Green Belt and Conservation Area.

24/0281/ADV/CE: Bushey Rose Garden, High Street, Bushey. Installation of 6m white flag pole. (Application for Advertisement consent). Reason: Conservation Area.

24/0312/LBC/ES: Bushey House Care Home, High Street, Bushey, WD23 1QN. Demolition of partition walls around stairs to create fire protected lobbies around lift adjacent to stair 03 to C.1900 extension (Listed Building Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.

24/0093/HSE/HHO: 20 Wayside Avenue, Bushey, WD23 4SQ. Demolition of existing rear extensions, construction of part single, part two storey rear extension and part single, part two storey front extension; alterations to fenestration and associated roof works to include chimney removal. Partial conversion of garage to habitable space. Rear landscaping works to include raised patio area with step access to rear garden. Reason: Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
