The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 11 April 2024 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

RAMSBURY PL/2024/02605 - 1 Whittonditch Road, Extension. Replacement garage;
SHERSTON PL/2024/02289 - The Holford Arms, Knockdown, Tetbury, Use of utility barn as public house, restaurant & ancillary retail; change of use of public house to dwelling;
SUTTON BENGER PL/2024/02340 & PL/2024/02644 - The Bell House Hotel, 47 High Street, Partial demolition of hotel to form dwelling. Erection of 4 new dwellings with associated landscaping;

PUBLIC INQUIRY
AT WILTSHIRE COUNCIL, MONKTON PARK COUNCIL OFFICES, CHIPPENHAM, SN15 1ER OPENING ON 23 APRIL 2024 AT 10:00 REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Mr John Robinson Against the enforcement notice served by Wiltshire Council. The notice alleges: Without planning permission, the material change of use of the Land from a mixed use of agriculture, three dwelling houses and one holiday let to a mixed use of agriculture, three dwelling houses, one holiday let, the stationing of a caravan for residential occupation and events (including wedding events). Without the grant of planning permission.
APP/Y3940/W/22/3310513 Relating to the application to the above local planning authority for change of use of land and buildings to accommodate events uses, installation of 10 camping pods and a tree house as accommodation ancillary to the events business; associated landscaping and engineering works - Part Retrospective.
APP/Y3940/W/23/3323464 Use of land and buildings for events, retention of caravan as accommodation for event guests, formation of new access track for agricultural and events use, formation of new passing place, together with associated landscaping - part retrospective at Land at Euridge Manor Farm Euridge Colerne SN14 8BJ An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeals. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.
