NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Evergreen School, Brittain Lane, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 6DX. I give notice that Warwickshire County Council has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Proposed erection of two-storey building to provide additional SEND teaching space, new vehicular access and parking provision, playing pitch facilities and associated works.
