PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

24/10199 CALMORE CROFT FARM, SALISBURY ROAD, CALMORE, NETLEY MARSH SO40 2RQ - Outline planning application for the erection of up to 6no logistic/warehouses for B2 and B8 uses comprising up to 22,000sqm, with all matters reserved except for access.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

24/10160 MALLARDS, 3 SOUTH GROVE, LYMINGTON SO41 3SW - Side extension and rear dormer to existing detached double garage.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

24/10203 3 MARKET PLACE, RINGWOOD BH24 1AN - Replace x1no. projecting signage with new 500mm; replace x1no. Fascia and x1no. Logo with x1no. New blue fascia & x1no. New 290mm logo height; Replace x1no. ATM surround and decals with new (Application for advertisement consent)

The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

This application is for Listed Building Consent.

24/10190 47 NORTH STREET, PENNINGTON, LYMINGTON SO41 8GB - Retention of kitchen as built; proposed new window to porch; proposed window to new ground floor w.c. & associated internal alterations (Application for listed building consent).

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
