What is planned?
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MIDDLESBROUGH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 233(4) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) the Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough intend to dispose of 14.03 hectares of land to the east of Stokesley Road, south of Guisborough Road, and north of the A1043 Bypass, Middlesbrough, all such land to be used for housing development and ancillary uses.
A plan that identifies the precise location of the land is available for inspection at Middlesbrough House, 50 Corporation Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2RH from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays) or online at https://www.middlesbrough.gov.uk/planningand-development/public-open-space-and-appropriation-ofland-adverts/.
The Council will consider any objections received in writing by the Head of Legal Services (Places), PO BOX 503, Town Hall, Middlesbrough, TS1 9FX reference RH/18355 before the 30th April 2024.
