REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal(s) by Turks Launches Limited Against the enforcement notice(s) served by Richmond Upon Thames London Borough Council. The notice(s) allege(s):
(i) Without planning permission and within the last four years, alterations to the existing pontoon, which have consisted of increasing its height with an additional lower deck and raised seating area, altering the external materials, erecting fixed covers with heaters, external railings, lower deck kitchen facilities and ancillary storage space.
(ii) Without planning permission and within the last 10 years, a material change of use of the pontoon into a restaurant without the grant of planning permission At Pontoon and land adjacent to Richmond Bridge Pier Richmond Riverside Richmond TW9 1TH
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 (1) of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal(s).
