2024/0236/FULL. The Old Manor House 25 Meadow Lane Little
Houghton. Proposed orangery in rear garden.
2024/1262/FULL. Elm Tree House 11 Courteenhall Road Blisworth.

2024/1301/LBC. The Telegraph Inn 30 West Street Moulton. Listed
building consent to remove existing rotten bin store & decked area &
replace with new decking & external bar with covered pergola, with fixed
seating, festoin lighting & faux planting. Replace metal handrail with
timber. New timber goal post to grassed area with festoon lighting.
External decorations including paint to building, windows & fence & new
platform area with Indian Stone Paving.

Remodelling of Phase 4; new window on the west elevation of Phase 1;
removal of an existing dormer & insertion of two rooflights on the west
elevation; insertion of a new window on the ground floor of the Phase 4

the veranda on the south elevation & build a new roof over the rear bay/

building consent to replace the clay pan roof tiles with a welsh reclaimed
slate on single storey side building. The verges are cement with strips
of metal embedded in the joints of the stonework to deflect the rainwater.
A lead flashing is proposed as an alternative.
