The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

24F/0549 - 54-56 Kensington (7) Applicant Mr Garcia, 
Ron Sullivans Limited. To change use to House in Multiple 
Occupation to form a 7 bedroomed House of Multiple 
Occupation (no.54) and a 7 bedroomed House of Multiple 
Occupation (no.56) and retain conservation rooflights to the front; removal of the dormer extensions to the rear; reinstate rear roof, including 2 no. new conservation rooflights to match existing and retain the decorative pilasters and fascias to the front elevations.
24F/0347 - Liverpool College, Queens Drive (18) Applicant The Governors of Liverpool College. To replace the windows of 3 buildings within the Liverpool College Site (David House/ Mossley Vale; Beachlands; and Gladstone).

24A/0601 - Premier 64 Ltd, 64 Bold Street (1) Applicant Cardtronics UK Ltd, trading as CASHZONE. To display 1 non-illuminated top sign and 1 non-illuminated logo panel.
24F/0690 - Premier 64 Ltd, 64 Bold Street (1) Applicant Cardtronics UK Ltd, trading as CASHZONE. To install an Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
24LE/0237 - 26b North John Street, Liverpool (2) Applicant Ms Vikki Teh. Application for Certificate of Existing Lawful 
Development for vertical extension of ducting to courtyard.
24H/0057 - 6a Grove Park, Liverpool (8) Applicant Lisa Davies. To carry out alterations/extensions to property consisting of:- Erection of porch with ramp access to the side of the property together with air source heat pump. Single storey extension to rear including the removal/blocking up of the first floor window. Proposed photovoltaic panels to roof, 6No. roof lights to roof plane. Proposal to erect new ancillary outbuilding with new paved hard landscaping and pathway to rear garden.

24F/0698 - Waterside Apartments, 10 William Jessop Way 
(3) Applicant Half Tide Dock Ltd. To replace brickwork and zinc cladding materials to external elevations and match existing.
24L/0675 - 5 Old Church Yard (2) Applicant Victoria Hyde, Acorn Insurance. To carry out internal alterations, replace entrance stair, install vent to external window opening, restore existing windows and carry out structural remedial works to liver bird.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
