Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has
received applications for planning permission, Listed
Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development,
Significant Development, or which may affect a Public
Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as
briefly described in the following schedule. MO/2024/0262:
87-99, High Street, Dorking, RH4 1AY: Installation of new
entrance and replacement doors to existing commercial
unit (Class E). MO/2024/0303 & MO/2024/0396: 17-19,
High Street, Dorking, RH4 1AR: Erection 1. No internally
Illuminated fascia sign. MO/2024/0343: 3, Buckland
Court, Reigate Road, Buckland, RH3 7EA: Replacement
of driveway gates. MO/2024/0344: 262, High Street,
Dorking, Surrey: Erection of one illuminated fascia sign,
one window vinyl image and one non-illuminated barber
pole. MO/2024/0346: 262, High Street, Dorking, Surrey:
Replacement of shopfront entrance door and window.
MO/2024/0353: Denecliffe, Cotmandene, Dorking, RH4
2BN: Replacement of existing garden storage shed and
log store with new shed with living roof and integrated
log store. MO/2024/0355: Cleeve Lodge, Dene Road,
Ashtead, KT211EB: Demolition of existing single storey
side extension and erection of new single storey side
extension, removal of narrow entrance gates and curved
wing walls and construction of new wider set-back gates
and new wing walls. MO/2024/0356: Oddfellows Hall,
270, High Street, Dorking, RH4 lQT: Replacement
windows to the first floor front elevation. Copies of these
applications and plans are open for inspection at www.
molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted in
writing by 15 April 2024
