INFORMAL HEARING TO OPEN on 11/04/24 at 10am

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Informal Hearing to determine the appeal relating to the application to South Somerset District Council (now Somerset Council) for APP/R3325/W/20/3247647 against 18/01602/FUL And APP/R3325/Y/20/3247652 against 18/01603/LBC

Proposal: Demolition of existing buildings, conversion of and alterations to listed buildings to form 11 No. dwellings, the erection of 70 No. dwellings (total 81 No. dwellings) and associated works, including access and off-site highway works, parking, landscaping, open space, footpath links and drainage infrastructure

Location: Former BMI Site, Cumnock Road, Ansford, Castle Cary, Somerset BA7 7HR

An appeal has been lodged against applications for planning permission as reference above. The INFORMAL HEARING will be held at the Council Chambers, Somerset Council Offices, Brympton Way, YEOVIL BA22 2HT

Opening on Thursday, 11th April 2024 at 10am.
