What is planned?
Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: ZA24/25828/VAR.
Proposal: Variation of condition 2 Approved Plans of application reference: 2022/24389/FUL Issued on 14/11/2022 to supersede Bowman Riley's drawings and replace with Lark Architects updated drawing package to address recommendations of Structural Engineer that some walls are required to be taken down and rebuilt for Peter Watson Skipton Ltd
Location: Cross Keys Hotel Otley Road Skipton
Reasons: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: ZA24/25737/FUL.
Proposal: Amendment to planning approval 2022/24355/FUL to change the approved office use to residential use and form a 2-bedroom dwelling with parking provision to include a revision to parking arrangements approved under planning application reference 2020/21366/FUL for Mr M Howson
Location: 39 Main Street Ingleton LA6 3EH
Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2022/24458/OUT.
Proposal: Outline application for up to 27 dwellings with all matters reserved except for access for Mr Thomas Marshall
Location: Land South of Low Bentham Road High Bentham LA2 7BP
Reason: Is a Major Development proposal. The applications are available to view and for comment online at publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications/ or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 13th April 2024.
All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
