b) Erection of a single storey extension to rear and two storey extension to side at 1 Fir Tree Cottages Clay Lane Breighton YO8 6DH (Ref: 24/00338/PLF)
c) Change of use of land and erection of stables for private equestrian use with erection of 1.2m high perimeter fence, 1.5m high gate piers and construction of hardstanding (Retrospective) at Land South of Gardener Ground House West End Rawcliffe DN14 8RW (Ref: 24/00347/PLF)
d) Erection of 12 dwellings comprising six detached dwellings with detached garages and six semi-detached dwellings, construction of new vehicular access roads over existing culvert and associated landscaping works at Highfield Road Agricultural Land Highfield Road Bubwith YO8 6LZ

Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a departure from the approved Development Plan of the area.
Proposal (c) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (d) is a major development.
