REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeals by Mr Nelson Rogers

Against the enforcement notices served by South Oxfordshire District Council.

The notices allege: The material change of use of Land from the keeping of horses to a mixed use, namely 1) the keeping of horses; and 2) the storage of a static caravan, without the grant of planning permission The undertaking of building, engineering and other operations on the Land comprising:

) earthworks to dig up, move, deposit and store soil on the Land in the approximate location shown edged blue on the Plan (ii) the installation of a septic tank and soakaway in the approximate location shown edged orange on the Plan (iii) the laying of a hardcore hardstanding/ driveway in the approximate location shown edged green on the Plan v) the laying of a concrete base in, without the grant of planning permission.

And

Relating to the application(s) to the above local planning authority for the Material change of use to mixed use, namely 1) equestrian and 2) the formation of a Gypsy/Traveller pitch, together with ancillary development.

At Land known as Field Adjacent to Burial Ground Driveway off B4526 Reading Road Goring RG8 0LL

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal(s). Members of the public may attend the inquiry and, at the discretion of the Inspector, express their views. If you are disabled or anyone you know who wants to go to the inquiry is disabled, contact the Council to confirm they can make proper arrangements such as parking spaces, access, seating arrangements and so on.
