Ref: 2216/APP/2024/562 C&L Country Club, West End Road, Ruislip
Proposal: Temporary change of use from D1 to Sui Generis to allow the
sale or cars. (Amended plans – increase in finished floor level & flat roof
height) The proposed development does not accord with the provisions
of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which
the application relates is situated.
Ref: 7686/APP/2024/558 255 Church Road, Hayes Proposal: Erection
of a single storey rear extension and conversion of existing outbuilding to
habitable space to include connecting to main house. (Application for
Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect
the character or appearance of Hayes Village Conservation Area)
