The Council has received an application ST/0148/24/HFUL for First floor rear extension and alterations to front dormer at 49 Front Street, Whitburn, SR6 7JD which is within the Whitburn Conservation Area. The Council has received an application ST/0150/24/LBC
for First floor rear extension and alterations to front dormer at 49 Front Street, Whitburn, SR6 7JD which is a listed building within the Whitburn Conservation Area. As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in
writing, any representations made about this application will automatically be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
