2 AC condenser units & builders opening, refrigerant cabling & external advertising (affects right of
way)
c) 148012: Market Rasen: Cash Access UK Ltd: 9 & 10 Market Place: advert consent for 2 non-
illuminated fascia signs, 1 projecting sign, suspended sign & marketing poster signs.
d) 148033: Caistor: Mr P Barker: Land adj 15 Grimsby Rd: Vary conditions 7&8 of permission 141727 –
house design & external materials.
e) 148014: Market Rasen: K Purdam – Stonebridge Homes Ltd: Land s/o Legsby Rd: erect 41 dwellings
with garages, access & associated infrastructure. (major app) (affects right of way)
