What is planned?

(LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
24/00302/VCIM – Major Development – Amendments to conditions 2, 5, 7,
12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23 and 34 of planning permission 18/01595/FULM
which related to the installation and operation of a 4.9 MW solar installation and
associated infrastructure so as to provide a smaller storage container, install
a smaller gate at the site entrance, adjust the solar panel arrays, implement
a substation, provide a wider internal access road, increase the number of CCTV
cameras but on shorter poles, provide a transformer with a different technical
specification and appearance, provide a revised inverter configuration and design
and minor amendments to the swales so as to account for the amendment to the
site layout (these amendments would relate to conditions 2, 5, 7, 12, 13 and 15).
Conditions 17, 18, 19, 20, 23 and 24 would be updated to reflect details which

the Development Plan in force in which the area to which the land the
application relates is situated – Erection of a self-build dwelling (outline –

23/01153/FULM – Major Development that does not accord with the
provisions of the Development Plan in force in which the area to which
the land the application relates is situated – Erection of new Lidl foodstore
(Use Class E) with car parking, landscaping and other associated works. Ashfield
House, Resolution Road, Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire.
24/00037/FUL – CA – Conversion of upper floors into 3no flats. 41 High Street,
Ibstock, Coalville, Leicestershire.
