NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL (BLOCKS C, D AND E, MILLCROFT ROAD CUMBERNAULD) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Reporter Paul Cackette CBE, LL.B (Hons), Dip LP has been appointed to consider objections and report to Scottish Ministers in relation to the North Lanarkshire Council (Blocks C, D and E, Millcroft Road Cumbernauld) Compulsory Purchase Order 2023, in accordance with the Compulsory Purchase by Public Authorities (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1998.
A Hearing into objections to that Compulsory Purchase Order will take place on 17 and 18 April starting at 10:00 a.m. The Hearing will take place at Castlecary House Hotel, Cumbernauld, G68 0HD.
A copy of the hard copy documents will be on public display from Wednesday 20th March 2024 at North Lanarkshire Council First Stop Shop, Fleming House, 2 Tryst Road, Cumbernauld, G67 1JW between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm (excluding 1.00pm to 2.00pm) on business days. DAVID HENDERSON
