I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:

APP/24/00155/F Demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of a replacement dwelling (Planning Permission APP/23/00412/F): Variation of Condition 2 to revise the list of approved plans to include:

1. Propose Site Plan: take down the existing boundary wall to ground level and replace with new rendered blockwork wall; add steps to rear decking and add internal lift.

2. Proposed Front (East) Elevation: to remove rooflights, add feature window at 1st and 2nd floor; add brick detailing.

3. Proposed Rear (West) Elevation: minimal changes to window details and additional window at ground floor.

4. Proposed Side (North) Elevation: to add 3 rooflights; reduce windows at 1st floor; remove windows at ground floor; add cill detailing.

5. Proposed South Elevation: minor changes to window cill details; move rooflight; add window in ground floor; changes to external steps.

6. Proposed Street Scene: add gate detailing; boundary treatment adjacent to the drive below 600mm. 21 Old Coastguard Road.

APP/24/00195/F Demolition of existing dwelling. Construction of new build dwelling with associated landscaping. Variation of condition 2 of planning permission APP/22/01213/F To relocate rear single storey element and addition of first floor built form and gable. 3 Withingham Road.

APP/24/00197/F Partially remove existing garage and extend to form annexe ancillary to existing dwelling. 26 Forest Road.

APP/24/00213/F Demolition of the existing dwelling and the erection of two replacement detached houses with associated access arrangements (Revised Scheme). Heatherlands, St Aldhelms Close.

APP/24/00226/F Demolition of existing single storey rear extension and conservatories and erection of new single and 2 storey rear extensions, conversion and extension of loft space above the garage, new porch, window alterations, raised rear patio, new gates and piers. 35 Canford Cliffs Road.

APP/24/00096/F Reserved Matters application following approval of Outline Application APP/17/00007/P for the first phase of the development - the erection of 2 detached employment units at Land South of Magna Road, Poole, BH11 9NB: Removal of condition 6 (BREEAM) of planning permission APP/22/00800/R. Land South of Magna Road.

APP/24/00252/F Construct 2no. blocks of 8no. 2-bedroom flats with associated access and parking. 17 Danecourt Road.
