NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
I GIVE NOTICE THAT Earthline Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (PL/2022/00193) for
Extraction and processing of mineral and restoration using indigenous imported inert materials to agriculture with biodiversity enhancement.and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. You may also use the computers in your local library to access the council's website. Should members of the public wish to obtain CD copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent Mrs Gemma Crossley, The Old Engine Shed, Whetton's Yard, Chapel Street, Bloxham, OX15 4NB, Email: gemma@gmkc.co.uk, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last.
