The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.
Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area
Application No: 2024/00275/FULH Application Type: Full Planning-Householder
Location: 25 Rectory Lane, Lymm, Warrington, Lymm WA13 0AJ.
Proposal: Single storey extensions to front and rear.
Applicant: P Davies
Reason for notice: Major Planning Application
Application No: 2024/00161/FULM Application Type: Full Planning (Major)
Location: Next, Next Calver Park Road, Winwick, Warrington WA2 8RB.
Proposal: Provision of additional car parking spaces and formation of new HGV and car park access.
Applicant: Next Distribution Ltd.
Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area
Application No: 2024/00230/ FUL Application Type: Full Planning
Location: A La Turke, First Floor Victoria Square, 4a Grappenhall Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington WA4 2AG.
Proposal: Proposed replacement canopy/glazed Victoria veranda structure.
Applicant: C/O Randle White Architects.
Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area
Application No: 2024/00208/FUL Application Type: Full Planning
Location: Bryers Court Central Way, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington.
Proposal: Removal and replacement of the existing combustible facade materials with new non-combustible materials to match in both colour and texture.
Applicant: Cheshire Lines Management Company Limited c/o Centrick.
