Town And Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town And Country Planning (Listed Buildings And Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 05 April 2024 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement

I GIVE NOTICE THAT Ashton Park Trowbridge Ltd & Persimmon Homes Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (15/04736/0UT) for Outline planning application for mixed use development comprising: residential (up to 2,500 dwellings - Classes C3 & C2); employment (Class E ('Business' only), B2, and B8); two local centres (Classes E, C2, and C3); two primary schools, one secondary school, ecological visitor facility, public open space, landscaping and associated highway works including for the 'Yarnbrook/West Ashton Relief Road' and the access junctions. and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. You may also use the computers in your local library to access the council's website. Should members of the public wish to obtain CD copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent Pegasus Group, Querns Business Centre, Whitworth Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 1RT, Tel: 01285 641717, Email: glenn.godwin@pegasuspg.co.uk, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last. Requests for paper copies or a copy of the Non-Technical Summary should be raised directly to the applicant's agent.
