Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement

I GIVE NOTICE THAT Ashton Park Trowbridge Ltd & Persimmon Homes Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (15/04736/0UT) for Outline planning application for mixed use development comprising: residential (up to 2,500 dwellings - Classes C3 & C2); employment (Class E ('Business' only), B2, and B8); two local centres (Classes E, C2, and C3); two primary schools, one secondary school, ecological visitor facility, public open space, landscaping and associated highway works including for the 'Yarnbrook/West Ashton Relief Road' and the access junctions. and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. You may also use the computers in your local library to access the council's website.
