The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/24/96789/MAJOR Oakdale House Cale Lane Aspull Wigan. Residential development of 40 dwellings with associated parking, landscaping and access following demolition of existing buildings.
A/24/96685/HHRET Lawsons Farm House 6 Orford Close Golborne Warrington. Installation of double patio doors to the rear of the existing garage, new gate to the side of the dwelling and garden works including new patio area with outdoor seating and canopy structure, new boundary treatment and the addition of a water feature (Retrospective).
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.
