NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (2) OF THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT - UTT/24/0543/OP
Proposed development at: Land north of Bedwell Road and east of Old Mead Road Ugley and Henham
I give notice that Gladman Development Ltd is applying to Uttlesford District Council for planning permission for Outline planning permission with all matters reserved except access for the erection of up to 240 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point.
That application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
