REASON FOR HEARING
Appeal by Mr Rob MacKay relating to the non-determination of the Erection of 22 residential apartments with associated access, parking and amenity area.
Land Adjacent Weavers Park Courtauld Road Braintree.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an informal planning hearing opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the Hearing and, at the Inspector's discretion, may present views on the development verbally. Attendees who wish to attend and/or speak at the hearing should notify the Council in advance of the hearing. This information will assist the Inspector and will prove useful should the participants need to be contacted ahead of the event e.g., should the event need to move online and be held virtually. Anyone wishing to speak must be present when the hearing opens and make themselves known to the Inspector on the day as the Planning Inspectorate will not respond to requests to speak at the event in advance of the hearing.
