What is planned?
REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received
the following planning applications and listed building
consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2024/0158/CA: Single storey rear extension; conversion
of outbuilding to part of dwelling; 2 Velux windows and
detached store at 31 Garnet Street Saltburn
*R/2024/0167/CA: Replacement and renovation of
windows at Coverdale House Victoria Road Saltburn
*As the above applications are householder applications,
in the event of an appeal against a refusal of
planning permission dealt with on the basis of written
representations, any representations made will be sent
to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further
opportunity to comment.
R/2024/0099/RT: Retrospective siting of a static caravan at
Land adjacent to 78 Micklow Lane Loftus
R/2024/0110/FF: Change of use of horsicultural land to
Holiday Park comprising of 5 static caravans including
access road at Land east of the bungalow northwest of
Aysdale Gate A171 / Birkbrow Road Charltons
R/2024/0116/LB: LBC for installation of heating system,
externally mounted heat pump/condenser unit at rear at 74
High Street Loftus
R/2024/0139/LB: LBC for ceiling repairs following damage
from dry rot; installation of a kitchen extractor fan and a fire
detection system at East Lodge Church Lane Ormesby
R/2024/0146/F3: LBC for the refurbishment / restoration of
fire damage within the pump room of the lower station at
Cliff Lift Lower Promenade Saltburn
R/2024/0150/LB: LBC for the removal of internal attic wall
together with doors and joinery to return to original layout at
Ormesby Hall Church Lane Ormesby
Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town
& Country Planning (Development Management
Procedure) Order 2015:
R/2024/0071/FFM: Demolition of existing industrial
outbuilding, construction of 4 industrial commercial units
and an incubator building at Wilton Centre Wilton Site
