Proposed Development On Land At Merrist Wood Golf Club, Holly Lane, Worplesdon, Surrey, GU3 3PB
VV Contractors Ltd (formerly known as Lavershots Oaks Limited), has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for the importation and deposit of inert materials and soils on 55 hectares of land to construct and remodel the existing golf course, with associated water features and the creation of heathland and wetland habitat.
The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
