Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
W/24/0139 6 High Street, Cubbington, Leamington Spa, CV32 7LY: Part demolition
of existing garages and erection of replacement garage for Mr J Collins.
W/24/0225 Southfields, 57 Lillington Road, Leamington Spa: Creation of net
additional three apartments (formed by six new apartments and the loss of three
units) resulting from the reconfiguration of floorspace within existing building
envelope; and external works to include small courtyard-facing extensions;
installation of two courtyard-facing balconies and associated external staircases;
erection of glazed covered walkway within the central courtyard; installation
