(ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15

1. Northiam Conservation Area Carry out repairs to roof, installation of 2 roof lights, replacement of garage door with door, windows and weather board, replace non-functioning first floor window sashes. Formation of stud wall to separate workshop from stables. Replace existing feather edge fence with chestnut post and rail. Mill House, Beacon Lane, Northiam RR/2024/180/L
2. Affects the setting of a listed building. Construction of timber framed 2 bay garage, timber clad with tiled roof. Winsford, Main Street, Beckley RR/2024/272/P
3. Battle Conservation Area. Proposed change of frost damaged tiles on front roof slope with new matching clay tiles, change dormer render to tile hanging, replace dormer sliding timber sash windows like for like and introduction of tile catcher. 7 High Street, Battle RR/2024/359/P & RR/2024/360/L
4. Northiam Conservation Area. Replacement of close-boarded fence at end of garden overlooking Beacon Lane with Sussex chestnut post and rail fence. Mill House, Beacon Lane, Northiam RR/2024/378/P
5. Removal of existing lath and plaster ceiling to Committee Room and replace with new Savolit board and lime hair plaster. Make good and replace cornice like for like. Town Hall, London Road, Bexhill RR/2024/402/L


Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 2, 3 & 4 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1, 3 & 5 above.

www.rother.gov.uk/planning, or via public access computers at Battle Library, 7 Market Square, Battle or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
