I give notice that Mr Nick Yeo is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 24/0301/MOUT
Outline application (with all matters reserved apart from access) for the erection of up to 42 dwellings, affordable housing and associated infrastructure.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
