2024/236 - Pavilion, Godstone Road Playing Field, Godstone Road, Lingfield.
Installation of fresh drainage system to village sports ground to make it fit for purpose.
2024/203 - Redeham Hall Industrial Yard, Redehall Road, Smallfield. Demolition of Workshop & Storage Buildings. Erection of replacement buildings comprising - 1No. two storey office building and 2No. workshop buildings. Extension of surface level car parking area.

21/02/2024 (Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) of planning permission ref: 2021/2210 (Library and Sixth Form Centre & associated landscaping at Woldingham School) to vary hard & soft landscaping on block plan.) to allow amendment of the wording of Condition 6 to reflect the updated hard & soft landscaping drawings.
