Hill House, Rectory Road, Taplow, SL6 0ET Listed building consent to re-decorate the whole exterior including garage buildings in same colour as existing, replace lead flashing on roofs with lead where necessary, replace all old guttering with heavy duty plastic cast-iron replica guttering and downpipes.

15 Windsor End, Beaconsfield, HP9 2JJ Listed building consent for external and internal alterations and repairs, including new internal structural steelwork and brick wall, works to roof including the structure and re-roofing in tile with addition of insulation. Removal of the existing plaster, and replacement with a wood fibre insulation board and lime plaster to the external walls and lime plaster to the internal walls, repair and refurbishment of the existing staircase from ground to first floor, repair and refurbishment of the existing sash windows, removal and replacement of existing floors throughout the house to allow for the installation of insulation, sound-proofing and underfloor heating and new marble fireplaces.
