WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) 147989: Sudbrooke: Mr T Elderkin: Barfield Farm, Wragby Rd: erect single storey rear extension. (affects right of way).
b) 147986: Riseholme: B Adams: University of Lincoln, Riseholme Park: erect glass house.
c) 147039: Gainsborough: Mr K Conroy: Burton & Dyson, 22 Market Place: install roof mounted PV panels. (planning app 147038 also rec’d).
d) 147889: Sudbrooke: K Fulcher: Green Garth, 24 Wragby Rd: erect 2 storey front & single storey rear extensions & detached garage (affects right of way).
e) 147959: Gainsborough: Ms A Choi: 11-15 Silver Street: consent to convert 1st floor to 3 flats including replacement sash windows, addition of rear access door & awnings to shop front (app 147958 also rec’d).
