What is planned?

Lease of Land and Buildings at Philipps House and Dinton Park Lodge, Dinton
Land and buildings at Philipps House and Dinton Park Lodge comprising 8.5 hectares (Philipps House, Dinton, Salisbury, SP3 5HH and Dinton Park Lodge, Dinton, Salisbury, SP3 5HH) are owned by National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty ("the National Trust").
The National Trust proposes (subject to contract) to grant a lease of the land and buildings for a term of 125 years for the use of the land and buildings as a private residence. The area of land and buildings to be let is shown edged red on the plan attached.

Any representations about these proposals should be made in writing and sent to the Swallow Court Office at the above address marked for the attention of George Upex so as to be received by 17.00 hours on 15th April 2024 Any representations received after that date shall not be considered.
