The Council has received applications: ST/0099/24/HFUL for proposed side extension to existing detached dwelling, to both sides at 5 Gordon Drive, East Boldon, NE36 0TD which is within the East Boldon Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal that proceeds by way of the expedited
procedure, any representations made will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations. ST/0103/24/LBC for Listed Building Consent for replace conservatory to rear at Meadowcroft, Westoe Village, South Shields, NE33 3EQ which is a listed building. ST/0113/24/LBC for Listed Building Consent sought to remove and make good externally; signage, lighting, ATM, vinyls, poster, alarm box,
night safe face plate. Letter boxes to be sealed internally. Apertures to be infilled with marble and stone to match existing. Internal fittings, cashiers counters and loose furniture to be removed at 1 King Street, South Shields,
NE33 1DA which is a listed building. The applications, plans and other submitted documents can be viewed online on the Council’s website www.southtyneside.gov.uk/planningexplorer or electronically during opening hours of the Customer Service Centre at the address below. Representations to be made by 03/04/24 either
online, by email to planningapplications@southtyneside.gov.uk or in writing to Planning, Town Hall and Civic
