TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNTNG ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/0195/FUL/AKA: Bio Products Laboratory, Dagger Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3BX. Removal of 5x existing welfare cabins, repositioning of 2x existing single storey welfare cabins to accommodate new layout, relocation of 3x single storey welfare cabins and erection of lx new two storey welfare cabin. Reason: Green Belt.

24/0194/FUL/AKA: Bio Products Laboratory, Dagger Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3BX. Erection of new Automation Training Cabin. Reason: Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
